Agum Manuella Okello Elizabeth is a dedicated youth activist, digital rights advocate, and the founder of Shared Ground, a grassroots organization focused on building accessible community and digital spaces. Her international advocacy centers on disability inclusion and digital equity, with a particular focus on ensuring that emerging artificial intelligence frameworks and online platforms are designed with universal accessibility in mind. As a prominent youth delegate, she collaborates with global platforms like Brave Voices to champion the rights of individuals with disabilities, bringing crucial youth perspectives to the forefront of international AI governance and ethical policy dialogues.
